Try googling for a local Linux users group. Short of that, there are active
groups in Phoenix and Portland with email lists you can post questions and
get help.

Other program that you could install for same use is "Kazam" that you
can find in the Ubuntu repositories. I've used it and always work well.

At least in my case, the crash does not occur if using a new profile, so
it seems to be considered "not a bug" and closed. Shame they didn't wait
