here the simple solution:
Put away the table "codes".
Edit table "Personnens"
→ add the field "Villes_ID" to "Personnes" (should be INTEGER;
foreignkey from table "Villes")
→ delete the fields "Codepost" and "Ville" from this table. You will get
this information from "Villes".
