As i said in the subject. I have a problem with spellcheck function.
After I add something in the blank Writer document and press F7 (or
Tools -> Spelling and Grammar), I get this screen http://imgur.com/COhZ5
When I press Ok, the dialog closes together with Spellcheck.

Few minutes after I sent my last message, I tried again and the problem
was "solved".
Few things need to be done:
- image must be in png format (at least in my case)
- image must have the exact size to cover a whole header (in my case
1900x281px) where logo is placed on the left side

for images inside headers. Actually is there any way to add image inside
