Hi Pedro

Few minutes after I sent my last message, I tried again and the problem was "solved".

Few things need to be done:
- image must be in png format (at least in my case)
- image must have the exact size to cover a whole header (in my case 1900x281px) where logo is placed on the left side and the rest of the space was white background
- Same content left/right Off
- AutoFit height On
- Background Type must be Area (Position and Tile doesn't work for me)

Also, the image is not visible via Print preview but it will be printed :)

This seems like a work-around but it works.

It does work (at least in version 3.5.0 under Windows). The problem is that
you can only insert an image as the background so it will either be
stretched or tiled to take the whole header area.

The only way around is to create an image that has the exact header
dimensions e.g. 0.5cm Height x 17cm Width (this is calculated from Page
Width - Borders) for a Portrait A4 page

In such image you can position a logo wherever you like ;)

HTH,
Pedro
