the issue is that regular expressions are disable for calculation. I am not
sure but I think regular expressions are always disable opening a file with
any of the excel formats.

In windows the only option is select the core(s) for an application, but if
the app is designed for one, only one is used.
To get it is needed load the app from script (.bat) or from a Direct access.
