In my system (Mandrake 8.2) xml2-config returns only /usr/include/libxml2. I think this is correct, and all the files that include libxml headers should include them as #include libxml/xmlheader.h *some of the source files already are doing it properly* (!) while some are not. its the same

I think that what the man wanted is a method whereby after a successful HTTP sendsms , smsbox, instead of generating a 202 response with the text sent. will generate a 302 response which will redirect the browser to some other URL (for use with an HTML form that submits directly to Kannel HTTP

 The SMSC is the telecom switch/server at the carrier's facilites which acts as a gateway between wireline clients/services and the wireless network devices such as CDMA and GSMmobiles. Examples of wireline clients include other SMSC gateways, TNPP gateways and SMS gateways such as Kannel.
