It is better to have it separate for each smsc. Therefore add the following

We use Kannel v1.4.3 installed on Ubuntu server 14.04.1 with a 3G Huawei
E1522 USB key.
We use Kannel only for shipments of SMS via HTTP. No reception.
We find that for 2-3 days it works well, then the messages are stored in the
queue and are not sent.
We have 2 types of errors:
1: CMS

We have yet in modem init string: init-string = "AT+CNMI=2,1,2,2,0;+CMEE=1"
I've tried also with +CMEE=2 but no more info we get from modem - only
CMS ERROR: 500. Modems we use are Huawei E1550.

It seems CMS Error: 500 isnot due to a single particular reason (i.e. there
are several things that might generate this error message).
So it might be difficult to explain the cause to your problem.
Things that I noted might cause CMS Error: 500
1) Mistake (wrong digit) in smsc

Pointu, I have it in the right folder, with all the other kannel files
/var/www/kannel my setup is a Ericsson R520m as SMSC and testing with a
Nokia 7650 MMS.
The SMSC works fine,I can send and receive messages as I should.
