I got a error with VNC and sunstone.
Even without a notice of errors, I dont can bring up a vnc session.
I already tried:
--> Move the files of /usr/lib/one/sunstone/public/vendor/noVNC/include/ to
/usr/share/one/noVNC/include/ and vice-versa.

Until now, I only get total time of migration.
But collect downtime in VMs stuck me for a long time, and nothing.

I fully agree with you.
I too need to use vnc to access my VMs, but the performance is weak.
I installed tightVNC on my VMs too, to access it via browser. But the
performance is worst! :/
If you don't need graphical iface, I advise you to use ssh to access your
VMs.
