It started as a PCM wav and ran through makeann from rtpproxy so it
should be good. Maybe it does not like the file for some reason and does
not say so in the debugging?

The init scripts are in the packaging/ folder and need to be modified
and moved by you.
I needed to change OSER, PID_FILE, LOCK_FILE and the path to the
configuration file in the check_fork() in order to install and start in
a non standard location.
