Hi Adrian, You are right but here we are comparing different types of deployment for ex: with fallback2db and without it, so, the xcap remains the constant factor and therefore we are ignoring it and hence we have force_active parameter set. For sure at later stage we'll consider XCAP too. Thanks

I am not arguing about your needs which may differ. I imagine "basic presence" is SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY end-to end between end-points. Handling PUBLISH and SUBSCRIBE by the SIP server requires XCAP policy otherwise the server cannot properly authorise subscription requests. And it has an impact on p
