Hello,
I have to get into this discussion now since obviously a very interesting
way to show mails have been changed.
Alec, is there a way to change a setting that users return to the message
list after deleting an opened mail?
I really loved the fact that Roundcube went back to the message

No, currently there's no such option.
I really loved the fact that Roundcube went back to the message overview
and not to the next e-mail. In fact I hate
Yes, I have set the preview panes off - but I've let it an open choice for
users. I know some of them are using it, some are not.
But it would be definitely good to have at least a switch in the config file
to control the behaviour when deleting an opened mail (either back to

Hi,
just wanted to say that I agree with Claudio and Jeff.
I use the preview pane and the fact that it opens the next message when
you delete one may be the only thing annoying me with roundcube.
+1 for the option to change that behaviour

Yes, I agree. I hate going to the next mail all the time. It slows things
down especially (or maybe ineveitably) when all I do is click close for
all the reasons Claudio mentions anyway.
Keep up the good work though ! I
think Roundcube is a great project going somewhere better and better.

Hi,

Greeings,
I'm doing a new roundcube install and opted to try the 0.3 branch. My
problem is that both the beta and the RC1 stops at the check phase (step
1). It might or might not be related to php 5.3. My main problem is that
there is no error whatsoever in any of the logs...
The page loads:
Hello
When using subfolders in Sent folder the field Sender (not Recepient
as in usual Send folder) is present in message listing ...
Can I change it ?
Second case:
there is lots of such notices in apache error log:

No. I'll work on this.

if messages opened in separate windows?

if the message is open in a separate window.
In my opinion, it's better to have

In relation to this option is there a possibility to have an option so

Such feature isn't planned for 0.3, so you'll need to wait.
There's a ticket in trac.

I can solve my problem. I updated my apache server and php version. Just
it!
Roundcube works well, without any problems encoding and charset problems.
Thanks a lot!
