I found a series of conversations back in November, 2013 regarding 401.msi
errors for OO with a purported link to a file source to fix thise errors.
Following is what I found:

Please try 'Character Map' in 'System Tools' in 'Accessories' in Windows
start menu.
Character Map can put much more characters into your file than keyboard.
