I assume you are using Windows. There are four headings above the file listing, Name. Date modified, Type and Size. Clicking on one of these will sort your list according to that label, click again and it reverses the order. All you have to do to get the order correct is click on "Name" and it

The file you sent was a .csv file using fixed width (not separators) I have converted it for you, the converted .ods is attached. You may have to correct a few of the rows and remove some spaces and then convert some columns from text to number(if needed). I hope that helps. John van Barneveld
