hello.
if you installed openoffice by default and typical installation, you
can use the installer file again.
open the installer file, select modify and also uncheck the quick start.

3. I've started up Task Manager and searcher for any Quickstarter or
I overlooked the subject line of your message.
Where did you get version 4.1.4 ? The latest publicly available released
version is 4.1.3
If you obtained this 4.1.4 "thing" from anywhere other than
http://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html be very careful to ensure
that you are not installing

OO 4.1.3 was then removed entirely as were the OO 4.1.4 installation
