Print preview is called Page preview in OpenOffice, and margins and and page

After selecting File > Print from the menu look for the "Range and copies"
section of the print dialog. In there is a Pages radio button. Select
"Pages" then enter the desired range or ranges of pages in the box.
For example enter "1-3;7;11-12;19" without the quotes to print pages 1
through 3,
File / print / select which pages. Hope this helps.

Instead, Click File > Print and on the General tab see what printer is
selected. If it is not the OfficeJet Pro, find the OfficeJet Pro in the list
and select it. (Calc may have remembered the previous printer that you used.)
