I downloaded the new Apache OpenOffice 4.1.1
release and then attempted to install it on my computer. It called up
RealPlayer
to play a clip, but RealPlayer reported it needed some additional S/W app to
play the clip. I let it go get the app. It reported back that the app was
unavailable. So
