Re: Software support
Gemma, Whatever type of computer is being used, Windows or Mac, will have accessibility options like screen magnification, high contrast text and borders, etc. If the computer's accessibility options are used then every program used on the computer will have the selected options applied. So every program would be zoomed, or have larger text, or higher contrast text or all of it if all of it was selected. If the only interest is to increase the size of the worksheet's cells and their contents, not the menus, not anything else, then the zoom feature for the worksheet does that. Zoom is found under the View menu and the controls at the bottom right corner of the Calc window. Yours sincerely Gemma Lloyd Sent from my iPhone Greetings Gemma There are a couple of ways to increase he zoom level of any of the parts of OpenOffice. 1. Click View > Zoom and play with the options on the page that opens. 2. Use the slider at the bottom right of the screen to set the zoom level that is comfortable for him. Windows 10 and Windows 11 provide plenty of accessibility features, eg setting the minimum font size used on the PS and apps. Or setting High Contrast mode. Easiest would be a large monitor. There are also screen reader programs. Is there any support group that might help?
