Dear Sir, Document will not print. OPEN OFFICE WRITER will not permit access to Printer Set-up. Followed all instructions in HELP. None of them worked. System: Windows XP 2002 Service Pack 2 Computer networked with other computers and to printer. Thanks, please let me know what we can do.

I am running SUSE Linux 9.2 on a Dell, with KDE 3.3.0, and OpenOffice.org 1.1. It was all working fine until I changed my username in Linux. Now openoffice.org fails with a segmentation fault. Office will start and I can create HTML files, but not text documents. So the OpenOffice.org Writer

This is a seat of the pants answer. When I change a word that should be auto corrected, nothing happens until I type a space or other breaking character after it as would occur in normal typing (as opposed to editing). Then, if necessary, I backspace to remove the extra character. HTH Joe

I am trying to set up the autocorrect feature for typing some special characters. I have added about 10 characters to replace under Tools - Autocorrect - Replace, but none of them are actually working when I go back and type in my document (they don't replace what I've typed. Any suggestions?
