Hi Rene,
Thanks for your reply. My hypervisor is kvm which is already running on
Centos6. Now I understand the fact that I can't simply connect kvm with
ovrit-engine rather I will need to import machines from kvm to ovirt-engine
but my hypervisor will still be kvm ? Am I right ?

Fabian,
Thanks for the debugging steps.
I did the steps for all three scenarios and created a bug for this:

Hi,
Just following up on this issue. Turns out the network problems were being

the network normally but

'ovirtmgmt' bridge gets created in the host during the 'Initializing'
phase, may be you can check the existence of this bridge in the host. By
looking at the log, engine is not able to communicate with the vdsm in
the host.
Is the there anything in /var/log/vdsm/vdsm.log ?
Thanks,

Hi,
we had the same issue (oVirt 3.0 oVirt 3.2.1) when using balance-rr for VM
networking:
Windows VM couldn’t access network.
After changing to bond mode to 4 (LACP) , Windows VM networking was possible.

'ovirtmgmt' will be created by engine, you dont need to create one, you
can check this exists in your host.

there any vms running in this host?

Either you can use the volume set .. option as mentioned in the wikipage

I should have pointed to the gerrit that's an external tracker on that. It
shows the root cause is that the disk_image_dynamic table (part of the
engine) isn't getting updated. It's a view of that table that's used for
the stats that you see online and is used by the collector for dwh.

I'm on 3.2.2 el6. Reading that BZ suggests that it is 3.2 related but
also it speaks of dhw. I don't have the reporting part of ovirt-engine
installed so
