Hi,
I'm running an oVirt hosted-engine environment on 3 hosts. To test VMs'
HA functionality, I shutdown host02's link, where one of my HA VMs is
running on, using this command:
2016-05-10 09:59:19 ICT [root@host02 ~]# ip link set bond0 down
Few seconds later, an attempt to fence host02 was
Good afternoon,
Is there a way to migrate a VM from one engine to another in oVIRT? I don't
mean within the same cluster but from one completely different engine to
another?

Spring has sprung in the Northern Hemisphere, and oVirt dev team is
preparing for the upcoming 4.0 release, even as the 3.6 tree continues. And
while oVirt has taken a respite from the event extravaganzas of January and
February, there's still some positive moves happening in the oVirt
community.
Alexander, Vojtech, any insight?

Hi,
I've yum updated my ovirt engine and ovirt host and restarted
ovirt-engine but the web-ui still displays "Version 3.6.3.4-1.el7.centos"
Is there another step to update to 3.6.5 ?

Brett

Hello!
We are using the log4j extension to send ovirt logs to a logstash server.
As we do have several engine hosts and only one logging backend, we do need to
filter logs by hostname. So far I am unable to provide a hostname in
Log4jLogger.properties. All Log4j configurations we have in
Hey,
we are working on adding mirror site health check. In the mean while as far
as I can tell the only site
which is out of sync is indeed mirror.nluug.nl, it will be removed from the
mirror file until its synced again(overall there are 9 sites).

results.

Hello,
Ondra Machacek has been doing an excellent work in the new versions of

Hi,
Fixed it yesterday, there were some directories like
/usr/share/ovirt-engine that came from the restore messing things up. I
think the issue was that the original deployement was 3.5.5 and I now
installed 3.5.6.2.
Thanks for the assistance as it pointed me in the right way!
Kind regards,
