It became a stream from 4.4.6, but there is no official procedure to switch
from stream to Alma or Rocky or anything else.
So, if you have a fresh install from 4.4.6, can you assume that the engine
distribution has no choice but Stream?

Any chance you can try checking what/who did this change to your
firewall conf prior to deployment?
