Is exporting of a direct lun possible with ovirt?

Hi,
I've been using ovirt in production for a couple of months and had no
troubles ( great product! :-) ).
I've two issues I'd like to fix and may also be usefull for a new

The first is that I had to put # RHEV PRIVATE in the multipath.conf of

Hi,
Another question: I need to connect 2 eths to a Fortigate cluster so I
need them to be in a bridge with single ip so it can connect to the DMZ.
As far as I can see, ovirt 3.2 is allowing me to create bonds and assign
logical network to them, but not to create a bridge. Can I create it

Hi,
I think that one of the best things from Proxmox is the ability to
connect to any of the hosts via web and been able to admin the hole
infrastructure from there. This avoids the single point of failure that
today engine represents in ovirt plataform.
I agree with Jakub that been able to mix
to see if something in the VMs that were created with 3.1
breakes 3.2.
Anything else you can think of is welcome.

Hi,
I've tried with a brand new fedora vm without OS and I have the same

after creation (as they were not exported and then imported, just used

Hi,
I finally decided to start from scratch. I've cleaned up the engine and

to some inconsistencies and I'd rather configure everything.

Hi Sandro,
I tried to run the engine-cleanup --dont-drop-db and after the
engine-setup but got this:
Upgrading Database Schema... [ ERROR ]
backupDB() got an unexpected keyword argument 'backup_file'
Please check log file
Hi Sandro,
I don't know if it's not better just to start over, because I'm wasting
your time and it's not even a production environment. Maybe it's better
just to cleanup everything and start over.
Other idea I had is to cleanup the database and then import the backup
that the upgrade made before
ok, I'll try that and let you know the results.

No, I don't. It's not yet in production, so it's not catastrophic if I
have to reinstall the engine from scratch.
Anyway, if there's a way to create the certificates and change them
instead of the olds, it's much better.

Hi Maor,
The thing is that I trigger the snapshot creation and everything seems
to be ok, but I can't see any new volume of any kind. As the VM runs

space to create any new LMV volume, neither I see any new volume in the

Hi,
I'm trying to understand how ovirt manages snapshots to start using them

has its own) and I have no extra space to create an LVM snapshot in the
VM disk.
When I hit create in the vm snapshot tab, it creates the snapshot and

I did managed to get the mgmt network tagged so now I can use the same
