Hello,
We are having issues with a brand new deployment of oVirt. After
installation, the users are unable to access the Administration or VM
portals, they'll face error 500. Other panels, like Keycloak and Grafana
work as expected. Digging deeper, there seems to be an issue with file

FYI the fix is to check the "Disabled Physical Block Size Reporting" box in the
extent window. Note in testing this I had to delete the extent and create a new
one, toggling the switch on and then restarting the iscsi service didn't seem

'disk_vm_device_history_seq' sequence. Maybe we did it ourselves, but I
A small update: After checking the back-upped database structure (searching for
'ovirt_engine_history' inside the 'engine' database), we found that the
ovirt_engine_history user was also having permissions to a table in the engine
database, probably causing the user to be created before the rest
Currently, our upgrade to 4.4 fails with error:
FATAL: Existing database 'ovirt_engine_history' or user 'ovirt_engine_history'

We have upgraded the running 4.3 installation to the latest version and also
use the latest packages for the upgrade on the new CentOS 8
