I re-ran the Reports server engine-setup again and the second cluster appeared after that in the reports interface. The second cluster has 4 hosts and about 30 VMs running fine. It is a different CPU architecture than the Default cluster (Sandy Bridge vs Nehalam) though. Just to elaborate:
