If someone else is looking, the commands that worked for me were
sudo yum install -y https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release44.rpm
and
yum --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=ovirt-4.4 install vdsm-hook-scratchpad.noarch
as I am using 4.4

I think you're hitting the same issue with the edk2-ovmf package as some
users before [1], please check the version of that package. If it is
20200602gitca407c7246bf-5.el8 it is a broken version and you should

I tried the "Test connection" button, and that was OK, but the uploaded iso
didn't work, BUT
the "upload_disk.py" scipt works fine!
