I checked broker.log and found out there wasn't logged any activity of
engine_health submonitor at that time.
I think it has to be every 10 sec.
The activity (from broker.log) started after I had migrated Engine VM to

it showed me status as it was just before entering global maintenance.

A colleague of mine tried to create a 1T preallocated disk on a 1T datastore.
Ovirt failed to allocate enough space for the disk and throw an error. Now
there is a 1T locked disk in the disks list and I cannot delete it, because
