You're right in that superuser privileges are required to make this work. But
it would rarely happen that remote DB admin would give you a user with super
privileges. The solution we've come up with is this:
1. Use (or tell remote DB admin to do so) the psql command to load the

Is it a 3.1 version you're installing? Because according to the code it's 3.1,
but according to the logs it's a very early version of 3.1 release we had at
the beginning of the release cycle.
Please let me know.

Hi Juan,
Although I haven't try it, I think you're right, I should refresh VM
in loop body.
In addition, as I said, it will be convenient if we have wait_for_status
function like before.
Thanks,

Let me know what is the result in your environment.
I have tried it and indeed works well for me.
In addition, as I said

To move forward, I'm going to create shadow VMs on ovirt-engine, export
them and import my real libvirt/KVM VMs with the exported OVF files.
Makes sense?
Where should I look in the source tree if I want to (try to) actually help
with the restore code for imported VMs?

oVirt is very impressive and stable, deploying was a breeze, but its
difficult to understand why it is so hard to move VMs from a libvirt/KVM
host (which is basically the same architecture). Am I missing something?
