While waiting for this kernel patch, I use an older kernel version on
the oVirt host : 3.10.0-693.21.1.el7 works fine with oVirt 4.2.3 and
RHEL5 guest.

Hi,
No upload/download are in progress.
I found old entries in ovirt-engine logs about one year ago. Upload
for those disks had already been cancelled.
Examples for disk a1476ae5-990d-45a7-90bd-c2553f
ied to upload/download images, and these are still running.
Go to the disks tab and see if you have Upload/Download operations in
progress cancel them.
You have the option to cancel in the Download/Upload buttons.

Well its seems that I had config mismatch between 4.0.6 et 4.11, old
ovs-vswitchd process was still running.
I found the solution to my problem : reboot oVirt host and everything
works fine now.

I'm responding to myself !
For vdsm, it's seems that ovsdb-server needs to be up, not ovs-vswitchd.
However, is there a way to reduce cpu load of ovs-vswitchd process ?

Hi,
Just updated last week ovirt hosts from 4.0.6 to 4.1.1 and I noticed
ovs-vswitchd
high cpu usage, around 100%.
My cluster switch type is in legacy mode, so I decided to stop
ovs-vswitchd process
on each ovirt host.

I'm trying to configure ovirt-imageio-proxy through engine-setup but

3. Upgrade engine by following one of the documented procedures (we
just inatalled a new machine for it and switched DNS after
backup/restore).
4. Once satisfied that illing back to 3.6 engine will not be needed -
upgrade cluster level.

Hi,
What is the best way to upgrade a datacenter from ovirt 3.6 to 4.0 ?
Upgrade engine, hosts then cluster ?
If right, how do you upgrade a host running ovirt 3.6.7 ? Simple upgrade
or fresh install ?
During the update process of a cluster, some hosts will be in 3.6.7 and
others in 4.0.2, is i
