2014-01-15 Thread Carlo Turco

Hello guys.

I´m using 3.2 ovirt and suddenly one of my VM started to migrate. The
problem is that it´s is Stuck in this process and I can not do nothing
on it.

I take a look on engine.log and there is nothing there showing a
problem, if a try to cancel migration, it says

There is no other VM with the same name. I even tried to change the name
in
the OVF file, but when I try to restore it, the same error again.

looks like something is wrong with the NICs section in the OVF,
one (or more) of the NICs names or networks names causes this error.
you can try playing with it (make sure names are in english and correct,
remove the NICs section completely..)
or if you like to post the OVF so we could take a look.

I´m already trying to play with it, but I´ll post the OVF here for some
help to.

Please try this OFV:
http://pastebin.com/mCbnXdHD

I removed the vNIC, but you can add it manually after the import (and if you
need it, set the MAC to: 00:02:2A:EA:2A:E8)

It worked, thanks Mike and users.

[Users] p2v Import error

2013-07-16 Thread Carlo Turco

Hi guys

I´m having some problems, using p2v with ovirt. I´ve tryed with success
exporting a physical machine, with CentOS 6 using virt-p2v. The image is
on my export Storage at ovirt, but when I try to restore it using
another area it failed.

I google it and saw some bug reports, telling to change the network name
and set an UUID, tried both and nothing.

The log error is on the link below.

http://pastebin.com/4RbrhQnC

I need some help if you can.

Best Wishes.
