I confirm:
I am not able to modify compatibility level using engine UI.
I'm running oVirt Version 3.6.7.5-1.el7.centos and I would upgrade to
4.0
I was able to migrate HostedEngine to Default Cluster
On one of the clusters (CentOS7 cluster) I can't change Compatibility
level from 3.5 to 3.6 value
So, no information about DB table that contains compatibility field?

You can also put all HE hosts on that cluster to local maintenance and
shutdown the vm. It will start up on another cluster.

For some reason it is not possible migration of he vm to another
cluster.
This is the reason I asked for direct DB modification.

As I wrote this morning using a smartphone:
I can't change compatibility using UI engine because the HE is running.
For this reason I need to change the compatibility value in the DB.
The problem is that in oVirt 3.6 I can't find any cluster named table
as described in Comment 17 of
You can't mess with the cluster level. It's a recipe for trouble. Please
upgrade the cluster compatibility via manager.
What is the issues with doing this you have?

compatibility version 3.6
as described in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1341023
infact I have HostedEngine running on a cluster and I can't
