It´s like this: engine-setup versionlocks the packages that it wants to install and keeps them as they are. Updating them is only possible through engine-setup. All of the other packages you update like usual with yum up(date|grade). So by only running engine-setup, you'll leave a lot of other packages "behind". So before, or after engine-setup, you also need to yum up(date|grade), as well. Sh$t may go wrong if you do, then again, sh$t may go wrong if you don´t :) Best you can do is ask. /K > > G. > > > /Johan > > -- > Security all the way ... > > Linux/CMS/Network/Print/Virtualisation/VoIP Consultant > > Kafit AB > Orgnr: 556792-5945 > Mobile: +46705111751 > Sweden: +46101993005 > Seychelles: +2486478105 > Uk: +448701821792 > Email: jo...@kafit.se > Web: http://www.kafit.se > > Connect with me on LinkedIn: http://www.linkedin.com/in/smallone > > About me: http://about.me/smallone/bio > ___ > Users mailing list > Users@ovirt.org > http://lists.ovirt.org/mailman/listinfo/users ___ Users mailing list Users@ovirt.org http://lists.ovirt.org/mailman/listinfo/users
