[SOGo] Event Confirmation

When one of my users schedules an event with another of our office users, a confirmation is sent. However, when one of us receives an event invitation from a user outside our office and then accepts, a confirmation is not sent. Is this normal behavior? If not, how can I troubleshoot it?
