Re: [SOGo] Alarm notify - repeating events

2017-01-20 Thread Fabio Onorini
Hello Christoph,
my problem is on reminder events.
So if I create a daily event, that start monday at 16:00, with alarm 5
minutes before event start, the system add record in alarms_folder table
with alarm_date monday at 15:55, but after mail sent, the record doesn't
become tuesday at 15:55.

I also noticed the problem that the alarm is sent 6 times, but if the
system would eliminate/update the records after sending the email, the
problem will solve automatically.

Re: [SOGo] Alarm notify - repeating events

2017-01-20 Thread Christoph Kreutzer
Hi Fabio,

I’m testing this functionality also. I think in my case the update to the new
time is working, as the most reminders are now scheduled for the next week. But
I also have entries from the first week of january.

What I also observed was that the reminder with the default cron job (every
minute) was send six times, because the tool uses a 5 minute window (seen it in
the source code). I now changed to cron job to run every 6 mins at that is fine
now. However, it’s a kind of weird.

I think I need more thorough testing here, however I’m short on time at the
moment.

Regards,
Christoph

Re: [SOGo] Multi-domain with multiple IMAP servers

2017-01-20 Thread Olivier LIGNY

Thank you very much for your answer.
I modified my settings but it still doesn't work.
All requests go on the first declared domain{} element, with the wrong
SOGoIMAPServer, even if the user is only existing in the second domain{}
usersource.

Any idea ?

Two more constrains:
- user ID's (c_uid field in sogo_users view) must be in form
u...@domain.tld (you need unique ID's)
- DomainFieldName = domain indicates that you have domain field in
sogo_users view, containing domain for each of your user ID's

Above setup works fine for me in terms of separating two domains on
one SOGo server. You just need to adjust IMAP server settings as per
your requirements.

[SOGo] SOGo ActiveSync problems

2017-01-20 Thread Alex Holzapfel
Hi.

I started using my sogo server with Active Sync.
Now i have recognized a big problem. With Outlook 2013 and 2016 the sync
doesnt work as fine as maybe possible with mailboxes > 1-2GB.

When i try to send a mail to an mailbox with Active Sync, it will appear in
the webmail just a few seconds after sending it. But now when i try to read
the mail in Outlook it sometimes take about 10 minutes or more until the
mail is synced i can work with it.

I have already tried to set "SOGoMaximumSyncResponseSize" and
"SOGoMaximumSyncWindowSize" to any possible value, to incrase the
"SxVMemLimit" and to change the "SOGoMaximumPingInterval" and the
"SOGoMaximumSyncInterval" values.
I have also tried to change the proxy timeout values in the nginx
configuration files.

I have recognized that in the logfile are much entries like this:

Sleeping 30 seconds while detecting changes in Ping...
Sleeping 30 seconds while detecting changes in Ping...
Sleeping 30 seconds while detecting changes in Ping...
pid 26852 has been hanging in the same request for 4 minutes

Do you have any idea?

Thank you!

Two more constrains:
- user ID's (c_uid field in sogo_users view) must be in form u...@domain.tld
(you need unique ID's)
- DomainFieldName = domain indicates that you have domain field in sogo_users
view, containing domain for each of your user ID's

Above setup works fine for me in terms of separating two domains on one
SOGo server. You just need to adjust IMAP server settings as per your
requirements.
