I guess it is related to
https://sourceforge.net/p/outlookcaldavsynchronizer/tickets/1211/
If the PercentComplete is not set or 0, the Completed Status got overwritten
again in Outlook, will be fixed in the next release of CalDavSynchronizer.

I would like to announce a new Open Source (AGPL) Outlook CalDAV Plugin:

This plugin gets developed as a development project for a master thesis at the
University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien. It is extensively tested with
