[SOGo] Tb17 Upgrade

2012-12-11 Thread Ben Luey
What's the best (easiest) way to upgrade users from TB10ESR (and associated sogo plugins) to TB17ESR plugins? In TB when I go to Help, About, Check for Updates it does not show my ESR 17, only that 10.0.11 is current. Should I just download and install tb 17esr or is there a way to get TB to

[SOGo] How to push extensions?

2012-02-23 Thread Ben Luey
Is there a way to use SOGo integrator to push extensions without having to host the extension? I'd like to have SOGo integrator tell TB to get the latest Lightning and StartupMaster. If I put those extensions in extensions.rdf for the sogo-integrator, then I have to host the extensions on my

[SOGo] parseTimeZone Error

2012-02-21 Thread Ben Luey
I've seen posts about this in the past, but not since the 1.3.12c release. I upgraded my Debian Squeeze box from SOGo 1.3.11 to 1.3.12c. I ran the (postgres) db upgrade script. Everything seems to be working (haven't done a lot of testing), but I'm seeing this in the sogo.log file: On login

[SOGo] Best Practices on Upgrade to TB10

2012-02-14 Thread Ben Luey
I'm wondering what people recommend on the best way to upgrade users to TB10ESR from 3.1 Do I start with having my updates.php file push the new sogo integrator to them (while they have tb3.1) knowing that it won't run on tb3.1? Then they do an update on TB (from inside TB) and new sogo

[SOGo] ldap filter problem (mail=*)

2011-12-13 Thread Ben Luey
I want to filter out which ldap accounts have access to sogo. Under t SogoUserSources in GNUstepDefaults, I have the line filter = (objectClass=uidObject ); and that works great. But I want to filter on the existence of the attribute mail , like: filter = (objectClass=uidObject and mail=*

attribute mail , like: filter = (objectClass=uidObject and mail=* ); This works great for me: keyfilter/key string(objectClass='PostfixBookMailAccount' AND mailEnabled='TRUE' AND sogoEnabled='TRUE')/string Right, I believe the problem is the '*' wildcard I'm using. If

[SOGo] Resource Planning -- is this normal?

2011-09-28 Thread Ben Luey
I believe I have resource planning setup in my ldap and sogo config correctly (Sogo 1.3.8b, tb 3.1, sogo plugins 3.105). I made multiplebookings set to 1 for this resource. Below is the behavior I see and I want to check if this is as expected: Thunderbird: If user A creates an event and

Re: [SOGo] Configure Signature in Webmail

2011-04-20 Thread Ben Luey
I've got SOGo 1.3.6 running on Debian Lenny. Maybe I missing something obvious, but how can a user set his/her signature? In the preferences window, there is a grayed out option for where to place the signature, but I can't find anything about setting the content of the signature. You have to
