It may not be as simple as that, but if anyone interested joins
http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/calendarserver-discuss
then if Jeroen's not around, I'll try to help as far as I can (as a
debian developer).
Hope that helps,

future once the original event is removed?
In my experience, the editing app asks whether you want to remove one
event or all repeats. If you say one event, it merely removes the
original event from the sequence and the rest remain editable.

sometimes seems to create
events without a DTSTART (as in this example - the original has DTSTART
but the copy from SOGo doesn't) and it can be fiddly to track down and
fix troublesome events from anything except the SOGo web interface.

mail quota and data transfer quota. Stuff like that expands 30%
or so when it is attached to emails. Do those companies not realise
other people don't like their logos that much? Perhaps we could help to
explain it to them somehow?

No, the issue is whether it's open source, else when it breaks (maybe
even due to a new version of Android), we can't fix it or get it
fixed if the developer has gone away! Is it? I can't tell from what
I've read so far, but I suspect it isn't.

using /SOGo/dav/ as server path. Why involve funambol for tasks?
I've not got contacts working yet, but I suspect that's mainly my
lack of time. Should I expect surprises?
