That is generally a sign that you wrongly configured/customized your SOGo
 Integrator extension.

It is not the webserver. I changed apache with nginx, and the result is the
 same.
I'm further pretty sure, it is not the customization, because this is only
the hostname to change and this is right.

We found out with extensions version 10.0.2 it is working.
With a fresh profile with extensions version 10.0.3 it is not working.
With a fresh profile and integrator 10.0.2 and connector 10.0.3 is it
 working.
With a former 10.0.2 profile and both 10.0.3 extension it is working.

So the problem seems to be introduced with the integrator extension version
 10.0.3.

I got something very similar here. At first I thought it came from
different versions on server and clients, but now I'm using 1.3.18a on
server, and TB ESR 1.0.0.7 + 10.0.3 extensions... and I keep on having
the same symptoms as Marc.

Are there differences in updates.php? For I might have kept the old
one (since Debian packages don't have it, IIRC)...

Re: [SOGo] Ideas for hooks

2011-08-02 Thread Olivier Migeot
That whole thing is great news. Some ideas from the top of my head :

 * user created/deleted a calendar/addressbook
 * user (un)subscribed to a calendar/addressbook
 * permissions changed on something
 * an invitation has been accepted/refused

And then, I wonder : what would the python-implemented hooks have
access to? Will they only be limited to take input, process/change
it, and then return it? Or will they be able to call some
functions/methods from the ObjC codebase? And if so, which ones?

Thanks.

So I checked the responses. These are XML, which includes an
updateLink. All of them (I mean for each and every extension) points

Which puzzles me is that it worked on the previous version...

Looking at Apache's logs, I've found this :

(similar for the three addons)

Simple question : why is version=0.00? shouldn't it reflect the

integrator addon, but that's far from being a solution.

[SOGo] Some bug with Integrator (week views, default LDAP, ...)

2011-03-18 Thread Olivier Migeot
Hello, list.

I'm currently trying to deploy SOGo within my office, and on most
users it works quite well : they're already used to Thunderbird so
that's easier. I'm using SOGo Integrator for easier ... well,
integration.

Still there's a couple of bugs/questions :

 * on some setups, the week view is empty. All other calendar views
are ok, but no event show up on week view... (I actually mixed real
SOGo calendars and old fashioned WebDAV + ICS ones, but on most setups
it works).
 * I used to have an LDAP addressbook set up on every client. It still
exists, but Integrator keeps on selecting SOGo's 'public' instead of
it. Even if I change the default LDAP server used for address
completion, within a day or so it gets back to SOGo's public.
 * Integrator insists on creating a new identity (username@domain) on
every account. This is no big deal but it's plain useless on setups
where e-mail addresses aren't based on usernames (like here, where we
have surname.name@domain as addresses and initials as usernames).
 * The Invitations: num in status bar is pretty and all, but now
people aren't warned of incoming invitations anymore, are they?

For each of these points, I was wondering whether it's common,
intended, yet to fix or just a misconfiguration on my side. Thank you
all.

PG I don't think it would be a good idea to put proprietary connection
PG modules into the SOGo system to work with proprietary CRM systems
PG which can change their interface every month if they wish.

PBK All it probably needs is some (community) documentation on how to
do that for

For my part, there is something I often miss in SOGo : one way to plug
other apps into SOGo's auth. Maybe something as simple as an
integrated openid provider might do the trick. That way, we can make
sure that when using external (web) apps, users are already
authentified against SOGo.

[SOGo] SOGo 1.3.3, TB 3.1 and Integrator...

happens : I'm starting with a whole new TB Profile (but an existing
