[SOGo] Upgrade 3.0.2-1 to 3.0.2-1 Proxy error?

2016-03-07 Thread ruud.van.lent
Hi,
Saturday my 2.3.8 version got an 'automatic' update to version 3.0.2
Today I changes my repository in Ubuntu to the v3 repo (deb
http://inverse.ca/ubuntu-v3 trusty trusty
) by adding the -v3 to the url.
I did an apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
Got a message that a new version of sogo was available
installed that only to find that now my v3.0.2 installation is not working any
more.
I get the login screen, login with username and password en end-up in a white
screen with a popup (several times) stating 'proxy error'.

Note before the repo change I was already on version 3.0.2 and that was
working like a charm!

/var/log/apt/history.log
Start-Date: 2016-03-07 14:24:37
Commandline: apt-get upgrade
Upgrade: sogo:amd64 (3.0.2-1, 3.0.2-1)
End-Date: 2016-03-07 14:26:18

I looked up the version numbers in the sogo log file:

Re: [SOGo] help: sending not possible after latest sope updates

2016-03-06 Thread ruud.van.lent
Never mind, my bad :(
I copied the email address in the to field, normally this would be converted
to an actual email, in the 3 version it doesn't and you need to press enter or
tab after the copy, clicking with the mouse on the subject field does not
change the copied (or typed in email) into a recognized email.

still room for improvement I guess :)

[SOGo] help: sending not possible after latest sope updates

2016-03-06 Thread ruud.van.lent
hi, just did an apt-get update and apt-get upgrade.
I was served 9 sope packages on my ubuntu server.

After running these update sogo is still on version 3.0.2 but what is worst, I
am not able to sent any mail from any attached mail account any more: the sent
button is greyed out. I am able to save the message as a draft.

help,
Ruud.

[SOGo] Warning: apt-get upgrade on Ubuntu updates 2.3.8 to 3.0.2

2016-03-05 Thread ruud.van.lent
Hi,

just got a little surprise when I did a apt-get update && apt-get upgrade on
my ubuntu server.
It upgraded sogo from version 2.3.8 to 3.0.2

Not sure if you are aware of this but I can imagine that this is NOT an
upgrade people want to get forced :(

For me it worked out okay, so my users are now on the new 3.0.2 version and it
works okay. Would have appreciated a heads-up though :)

[SOGo] v2.3.3 Folders open/close state not respected after logout/login

2015-11-15 Thread ruud.van.lent
Hi,

I have several IMAP account connected to my user account in sogo.
When logging in all imap accounts were opened in the last state they where in
when logging out.
I say 'were', because after the upgrade to v2.3.3 this is not respected any
more.
With version 2.3.3 after login in only the first imap account is opened (and
nt all the previous folders but the folder showing the inbox level..

So I have to manually open all other accounts and folders to see if I have now
mail on these accounts.
When logging out en logging in again, I can start over.

So something has changed, not sure if this was intended as a feature but for
me it feels like a bug :(

Anyone else seeing this behaviour?

[SOGo] HTML 'changed' from version 2.06 onwards

2013-07-24 Thread ruud.van.lent
Hi,
I use SOGo to sent an html email to subscribers of one of my forums. I format
the mail in Libreoffice and copy it into the email: formatting is the same as
in the document. When I forwarded the sent message to another subscriber
everything was okay. As of version 2.0.6 (I think) the email editor has changed
and with it the HTML behavior: when copying the contents from Libreoffice it
looks different and even when forwarding a previously sent message with correct
formating it changes the way it looks...
My mail settings are still: HTML.
Has something changed? Can I configure the editor to behave as it did before?
Any hints and tips are welcome!
Thanks,
Ruud.

[SOGo] calendar faulty sync 'clean-up'

2012-12-16 Thread ruud.van.lent
Hi,
running SOGo 2.0.3a and just saw that after a couple of faulty sync's to my
android devices I have over 11,000 (!) calendar entries.
Is there a way to automatically remove all double entries other then clicking
each day in the calendar and removing them manually?
Is there a way to e.g. remove all calendar entries that occurred before date x?
Thanks in advance!
regards,
Ruud.

[SOGo] extending webmail search over folders

2011-03-31 Thread ruud.van.lent
Hi,
just curious if the search function in SOGo webmail can be extended to search
in subfolders?
Look like the search now is limited to the currently selected folder.
Thanks in advance,
Ruud.
