You have to contact your admin.
You yourself can do nothing (else everyone could do that too).

He/she will have to deactivate 2FA with
/usr/sbin/sogo-tool user-preferences set defaults ${USERNAME}
SOGoTOTPEnabled '{"SOGoTOTPEnabled":0}'

Hi,

i tried to get into my account but it says i have to type in the Code for
Google Authentication. The problem is I never activated this for my account
so I do not have a Code. What should I do now?

[SOGo] Google Authenticator doesn't scan the qr code

Hi,

i'd like to enable 2FA with google authenticator.

I see the option to enable it, i see the qr-code.

Problem is, i see the qr-code but google authenticator app doesnt scan it.

Is there anything else what i need to do?

Yeah, I had several users with that problem ;-)

2FA has to be disabled again.
On the command line of the SOGo server call:
/usr/sbin/sogo-tool user-preferences set defaults ${YourUserName}
SOGoGoogleAuthenticatorEnabled '{"SOGoGoogleAuthenticatorEnabled":0}'

You can check it afterwards with:
/usr/sbin/sogo-tool user-preferences get defaults ${YourUserName}
SOGoGoogleAuthenticatorEnabled

Zero means disabled.

i activated the Google Authenticator option within Sogo configuration 
without knowing what it was and without downloading before the Google 
Authenticator.


Now Sogo is asking me the 6 digicode to be able to enter to my email, 
and I cannot get it.


Any idea of how I could resolve this problem?
