In sa 3.0+ they are base-64 encodings of the SHA1 hash of the token.
The hash is for all practical purposes not reversible.
Does this apply to Bayes/SQL too?

new prefork model.
FWIW, I start up 40 children. Each one claims a memory size of about 43
meg. I'm running the standard rules plus 16 of the SARE rule sets.
