Hi,
Just a simple question: can I safely upgrade XWiki from a 2.2.x version to a
2.5.x (or newer) release, without upgrading step by step (e.g. go to 2.3.x ...
, then 2.4.x ... 2.5)?
Thanks,

Hi Ricardo,
To use the application you should put the following code on your XWiki page:
{{FileStorage/}}
I tested on XWiki 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 versions until now and is working fine.
The application let you add a description to an attachment. It presents the
user a textarea to write the descriptio

I have not been in the industry as long as some here, nor have I worked on as
many projects, etc, but I have been a long time user of software, and well
as written my own.
The way I see things are (Major Revision).(Minor Revision).(Fix) there are
sometimes different schema perhaps for daily build
Hi,
Just want to share my thought, I've worked for 15 years in the software
domain, and I'm used to release numbers.
For me, a 3.0 release is not stable.
Have a nice day.

Hello,
I've installed a wiki farm and observed a minor problem:
in the main wiki, when I click in the standard search textfield, the
text ("search...") vanishes. In my virtual wikis it doesn't.
This is the tag (absolutely identical):
The text field from the panel is working fine (everywhere).
Hi Marius,
this worked very well! Thanks.
This was a fresh installation, so I think this is a minor bug in
xwiki.cfg?!
Best wishes
