I have copied some well knowns Windows fonts to both my Fedora's
/usr/share/fonts/ directory and WEB-INF/fonts directory.

Thanks for your reply – I'll try and find out what I can but as yet can't
find the tool you mention.
FYI, XWiki can't use JBosses SLF4J jars and JBoss can't use XWikis SLF4J
jars (or at least it breaks the web interface for the Administration
console).
To be honest I think it's back
I switched from using the Toucan skin to the Colibri skin and I can now edit
the pages and assign a parent to them correctly. When I click Save, the
bread crumbs update properly and the page is no longer orphaned.
Well, I'm okay switching to the colibri skin, but this sounds like a code
bug
I've published a macro to help include Dynamic Show/Hide and Ajax calls
inside an XWiki page.
