- Forum Applcation : 1.9.3 version.

I create a new user in a new group (for limited access in other spaces)
And this new user can see only the forums page without the table and topics.

So, for this to happen:
- go to the homepage of the application
- choose *Administer space* option from Forums space (you can find it in
the upper navigation bar)

I install wiki with debian package.
My system is a Debian 7 or a Debian 8.
On the both servers, i have the same errors.
With packages, the install is OK.

I already tried this idea.
If I put all checks on the only difference is that the Forum icon appear
on the panel.
If I uncheck the Admin right, the icon disappear but nothing more.
I look again, maybe I will find what appli/page need to a right , and not
directly the forum pages.
