This pages it's indeed taking ages to load. From what I see it seems
more related to what this page do (gathering statistics about all
applications one by one without any kind of cache) than the general
state of the wiki itself.

http://l10n.xwiki.org seems to be very very slow: the home page is ok but I
can't use it (access to a language table for instance).
The last "translation activity" was on 2016/12/23 by myself ;-).
