They are pages created by the Application Manager plugin I think.
Yes you could remove them but then your application manager plugin
will not work.
BTW for devs, this is one reason I really think it's a bad idea to
create new spaces like this and for the moment all admin pages should
go in t

other wiki users did something that led to the creation of these pages and
spaces.
Do you know what those pages are for? Should just delete them?
