Im using ARQ to do some sparql queries to a OWL ontolgy for my Master
Thesis. One thing I need for my thesis is the order O(n) of the graph
pattern matching algorithm that is used to resolve the querie after its
final transformations and optimization steps.

over the moon with this, but im very interested in knowing the asymptotic
notation.

i have some little exp. on both OWLapi and Jena.
I have found both rather easy to follow.. OWL Api does have some neat
examples to follow about when managing .owl files.. loading data to the
ontology, managing attributes and so on..
Jena also provides a good way to
