Upload RPC support

Hi Zaid, We may have a requirement to implement support for the Upload RPC (TR-069 Issue 1 Amendment 6 A.4.1.5). I know this is not supported currently but would you be interested in a PR for this? If so could you please point me in the right direction as to where this would need to be implem
