I overlooked the subject line of your message. Where did you get version 4.1.4 ? The latest publicly available released version is 4.1.3 If you obtained this 4.1.4 "thing" from anywhere other than http://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html be very careful to ensure that you are not installing
