We are upgrading hardware and I'm upgrading/rebuilding our Ovirt infrastructure.
Are CentOS 7 host nodes supported? And can the engine be installed on CentOS 7?
(3.5 repo isn't working for me)
Thanks,
Usman

I have a couple of bonded nics with two bridged vlans. Ovirtmgmt and Primary.
Primary vlan also has a gateway setup (all using the ovirt UI). The gateway
shows up in the ifcfg file and I've added it to /etc/sysconfig/network as well.
Problem: Upon a reboot the default gateway does not show up (r

Is there a way to control how this flag is setup?
Thanks,

Hi Guys,
We have two Ovirt clusters setup in one datacenter. Dev and Prod.
I have a situation where if I power off a VM in the Prod environment, it does
not start up again.
I get the following when trying to run it ...
"Failed to run VM tuskweb-prod-02 (User: admin@internal)."

Weird.
Thanks for your help though.

So I removed a Vdisk from a powered off VM a few hours ago. The Disk still
shows it has a lock on it and the webUI keeps showing this message every 10
seconds or so.

Hi fellow Ovirt users,
I have a situation where I need to clone a database VM several times. I have a
200GB thin allocated vdisk associated with it which had a large database on it.
I have since truncated several tables, removed bin logs etc. and reduced the
disk usage to about 26GB. But the Ovi
Hi guys,
I'm having an issue where the VMs do not keep correct time upon reboot. The
clock is always off by ~4 hours.
I've checked and time and time zone on engine/host nodes is correct. Correct
time zone is specified in the ovirt vm configuration as well.
The VM in question is a clean CentOS 7
