I've seen the same thing for at least the last two upgrades to the extensions. In each case it was resolved for me after deleting the Lightning cache.sqlite file. Most of my users are either on Thunderbird only or the web interface only so I haven't heard any complaints. I tried 1.08i Connector and Integrator too but it made no difference. Obviously this is quite a significant issue which has meant we've had to hold back on releasing 1.06 + to everyone..
